Front Desk open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, all arrivals must be checked in by 8:00 pm. Please note office is CLOSED from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am.
You must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
Guest rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed
Studio Apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 adults OR 2 adults and 3 children – 1 parking spot
One Bedroom Suites accommodate a maximum of 5 adults OR 2 adults and 4 children – 1 or 2 (maximum) parking spots
Requests for additional parking spots must be made prior to arrival and are not guaranteed
Due to the size or our resort VISITORS cannot be permitted
Daily Light Housekeeping as of January 1, 2022– very light housekeeping is available – arrangements can be made with your chambermaid for time and needs
Briney Breezes Pool:
Pool Opens at 10:00 am and closes at 7:00 pm Memorial Day through Columbus Day
Suffolk County Health Department code allows ONLY confirmed registered overnight guests can access to the pool.
No Lifeguard on Duty
Deposit:
A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations
Payment in Full is required for all one night reservations
Payment in Full is required for all two night reservations in season
Balance is due upon arrival
At time of check in, sufficient credit credentials must be provided through the authorization of a $500.00 fee as a credit hold for incidentals (day guest fees, overnight guest fees, parking fees, or room damage fees incurred during your stay)
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged for any cancellation received more than 30 days prior to arrival date
For cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a one night rental fee will be charged
There will be NO REFUND of deposits for Suites, bookings of multiple rooms, or a cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date
All reservations are considered commitments for the number of nights reserved.
Management reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any reservation upon full refund.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
