Check-In 4:00PM – Check-Out 10:AM
- Regular check-in starts at 4:00PM (3:00PM during the season) and ends at 8:00PM
- Check-Out: 10:00AM (11:00AM during the off-season). Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Check- In Instructions:
- The front desk operates daily from 9:00AM to 8:00PM.
- We do not provide 24-hour office services. The office closes from 8:00PM to 9:00AM.
- Guests arriving after 8:00PM will need to check in the following morning.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
- Room Policies:
- Maximum Occupancy per Accommodation:
- Studios: Up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children
- One-Bedroom Suites: Up to 5 adults, or 2 adults and 4 children
- All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking.
- We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
- While complimentary parking is provided for registered overnight guests, the number of parking spaces on the property is limited.
- Due to the size of our resort, visitors cannot be permitted.
- Light housekeeping is provided daily.
- Pool Guidelines:
- Outdoor heated pool is open from 10:00AM to 7:00PM, from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.
- Per Suffolk County Health Department regulations, only confirmed registered overnight guests are allowed access to the pool. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit of 50% is required to complete your reservation. Full, non-refundable payment in full is required for all one-night reservations and two-night reservations in season.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- For cancellations received more than 30 days before your arrival date, a fee of 10% of the total reservation will apply.
- For cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, a one-night rental fee will be charged.
- NO REFUNDS will be provided for Suite reservations, bookings of multiple rooms, or cancellations received less than 15 days before your arrival date.
- Reservations designated as NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-CANCELABLE including “Pay in Full” one-night and two-night reservations (in season only), are not eligible for refunds.
- All reservations are subject to confirmation and are considered commitments for the number of nights reserved.
- Rescheduling a confirmed reservation may be possible, if guest agrees to an equal number of nights and the same room category, subject to availability.
- These policies apply to direct bookings only. All third-party reservations are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective provider.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, with a full refund provided.
