Wonderful resort. Accommodations are spacious. Resort is very clean. Owners very helpful. View of the ocean is breathtaking. Easy walk to the beach and town. Looking forward to a return trip next year.
Robert and his wife are LOVELY. As soon as we spoke to him on the phone, we felt like we knew him for years! They worked it out to get us three rooms for our entire family very last minute after we were forced to cancel the Bahamas 36 hours before due to a spike in COVID! Robert totally saved the day!
I have been going to Montauk for nearly 40 years and have always stayed in town. Over the years the prices have gone insane - even for places that aren’t very clean.
Briney Breezes is super close to town, very fairly priced, immaculate clean, large rooms with all of the amenities, great pool and well-maintained property. We even enjoyed corn hole on the lawn!
If you need a room, give Robert a call. You won’t regret it!
The room was pristine. The access to the deck and the beach were fabulous. And we were walking distance from town either along the beach or the sidewalk.
